Edward Chang is Managing Director of TDW+Co, a cross-cultural and multicultural advertising agency. With 25 years of experience, Ed is a nationally recognized expert in multicultural marketing and served for two terms as president of the Asian American Advertising Federation (3AF). He joined TDW+Co in February 2017 and serves in a leadership capacity to the agency through strategy, positioning and overall company growth, while continuing to serve the consumer of today and tomorrow. Prior to TDW+Co, Ed was VP/Group Director at Asian American advertising agency APartnership, where he stewarded client services on key accounts including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, California Tobacco Control Program, Bank of America, and General Motors. A graduate of University of Maryland College Park, Ed serves as on the diversity leadership committee for the American Heart Association / American Stroke Association and is an avid marathoner.
